When an innocent Indian is framed for the murder of a white woman in the frontier town of Wolf River, a local rancher sends away to Dodge City for a gunslinger to bust him out of the hole-in-the-wall jailhouse. The gunslinger, an Indian himself, arrives on the high noon stage. Standing against him: a crooked sheriff, a drunken deputy and a spunky girl. The job looks easy. Too easy. Like maybe he’s supposed to kill the sheriff. Or the sheriff is supposed to kill him.
